The Split Weight Advantage

With our connecting rod balancing systems, the connecting rod is measured at both ends simultaneously on the scale. The results provide a split weight (between the pin end and the crank end, as well as a total weight. We provide the cradles, masters, and weights for the needs of our customers, providing a ready to use weighing system when it arrives.

Each connecting rod is weighed on both ends against perfect balance. The display on the controller will then show the deviation from that perfect balance on each of the respective ends. When the rod is removed, the system will automatically re-zero, making it a very user-friendly option.

Our scale can process 40/50 samples per second, compiled into a single weight accurate measurement. The Comptrol scales are a very practical solution for full-scale production facilities or for smaller custom shops and services.
