COMPONENT SYSTEM
For End and Continuously Supported Applications
Comptrol component systems save design time and manufacturing costs
by allowing engineers to select from a family of pre-engineered components.
Component systems are available in two configurations. The end supported
system is designed to be used when spanning or bridging a gap. The
continuously supported component systems are used when rigidity is
required. All component systems use only components which are manufactured
to world class tolerances providing maximum system performance.
MANUAL SLIDE SYSTEM

Comptrol manual driven systems are available in two configurations.
The end supported system utilizes two end support blocks that align
the linear shafting parallel and provide easy bolt down installation.
The dual shafting support system increases system stiffness and torque
resistant capabilities.
BALLSCREW DRIVEN
SYSTEM
For End and Continuously Supported Applications
Comptrol ballscrew driven systems are available with various drive
diameters and leads designed to meet the most demanding applications.
End supported systems are designed to be used when spanning or bridging
a gap. Continuously supported systems are used when rigidity is required.
All ballscrew driven systems are available with protective bellows
for a variety of applications.
• System load capacities up to 5,920 lbs.
• Travel speeds up to 60 in./sec.
• Total system lengths up to 72 in.
• Ballscrew diameters from .750" to 1.500"
• Ballscrew leads from .200" to 2.000"
• Preloaded and non-preloaded ballnut assemblies
