Rugged Design for superior thermal stability, stiffness, and alignment ^

• Thick-walled one-piece extruded aluminum body prevents twisting and bending of the unit under load.
• Bearing and bushing bores are machined into the heavy cross sectional area making these components an integral part of the structure.
• Dual supports rods reduce the effects of side and overhung loads on ballscrew performance and efficiency. Wide spacing between the rods provides additional torsional stability and support for cantilever loads.

Precise, long-lasting positioning accuracy ^

• Standard high efficiency ballscrew and nut assemblies assure reliable positioning accuracy. Precision ground, preloaded, and higher lead screws are available.
• All accuracy producing components are protected from dirt and contamination inside the positioners one-piece extruded body.
• All units feature Comptrol's exclusive lubrication delivery system to the ballnut. The external ports on the load mounting plate accept standard fittings for manually lubricating the system or for connecting to an automatic lubrication system.
• Optional encoder and/or brake combinations for accurate position feedback and maintaining position.
• Optional Home/Over travel Sensor Kit includes three proximity sensors which can be wired for NO or NC and sink (NPN) or source (PNP) outputs.

Easy to install and setup ^

• Delivered as a complete self-contained easy to install unit.
• T-slots in the top and bottom of the base for adjustment of sensors and mounting hardware.
• Load plate mounting holes are counterbored and tapped for threading into or bolting through the plate for attaching the load.
• Configured for base, foot, clevis, or front flange mounting.
